Default Halltech stinger question

Have a 2002 z06 using a stinger intake, wondering if the new SSM larger filter is worth the additional money and also wondering if it can be sold seperately without the bridge since i already have that, also wondering if i can expect any gain over the warbird?I appreciate any and all opinions.

How many horsepower is your engine sending to the wheels? Increased flow helps generate more horsepower if previous intake air flow isn't up to the requirements of the "pump" (your engine). The better choice would be to feed your warhead filter with more direct cold air. You already have air (coming in through the front fascia) that is mixing with hot engine bay air to cool down the intake air. However, you can get the source of cold air closer to the Warhead by installing a "scoop" onto the lower radiator cover. Instructions can be found at:

I think this is money "better" spent.
