Is this system without an actual muffler?

I think he means doesnt it come with mufflers, No it doesnt.Just welded in baffles that you can see in the pick.

There is a Can style muffler.. size of a pop can.. they sound GREAT! And look awesome, we have gotten many compliments on these..

no mufflers on these, just "resonators" to keep the exhaust sound tuned. I love mine. That resonator keeps this exhaust from sounding like straight pipes, but with all of the performance and rumble of straight pipes.

They do sound good but I would suggest catching a ride in a car that already has them installed to make sure they won't be too much for you. If your car is stock or close to stock you'll probably be fine but if you're heavily modified it may be too much(it was for me and i had to sell mine). Just my .02
