Doing a Clutch swap what all do i need?

If your car is NOT a Z06 and is making less power than a Z06 AND you don't plan to add anymore power over the next oh say 50K miles, I'd get the OEM Z06 clutch kit, which consists of the flywheel, clutch and pressure plate. If you're making more power than a stock Z06, I'd look into the other clutch upgrades to the new C6 clutch. I've got the Exedy Hyper single, and in rush hour Washington DC traffic this clutch SUX. Pedal effort is increased and I get some chatter. For a performance clutch, it'll be fine. For a performance street clutch, I'd never recommend it.
I'd also upgrade your hydraulic system to the 2004 Z06 clutch Hydraulics. While you're in there, you might want to order the LAPD clutch bleeder extender kit for $100. It will make bleed the clutch a lot easier.
You want to get yourself a clutch alignment tool. I bought a universal clutch alignment tool kit, since I do quite a bit of work on cars. You can get them at most auto parts stores for $20. You will need some quality Dot3/4 brake fluid for the hydraulics. I use the same stuff that I use on my brakes, either Motul or GS610.
Careful when you detatch the rear driveline from the bellhousing. The motor will hit the firewall and either crack the intake or the firewall if you don't prop it up with something like wood blocks or a piece of wood under a jack.
