Should not be a problem, more spark will be available at the plug. You probably will not see any performance increase, but can rest assured you ignition system is working at its maximum capacity. Will probably help down the road, when more miles are accrued, and plugs are not in as good of shape as they are presently.
have been running msd wires in my c4 for years, 40 -50 ohms per foot, noooooo problems. the less resistance, the better the spark. with the c5, i put on callaways last week, about 80 ohms per wire and now my idle miss is gone, and it does run a tad stronger. my stock wires were in the 800 ohm range.

Yep!! The lower resistance is good and nothing to worry about. Like it was stated previously, you probably wont see any HP increases but it wont hurt anything!!
