Wondering whats involved in adding dual air control system to a 1999 coupe
found several at salvage yards.
Can you simply remove standard unit and replace with dual control?
or is this really a waste for what would be involved?
Thanks
You would also have to update the ductwork and the vacumn servos that control the dual zone. I believe it is a lot of work, but I may be wrong. Also the BCM may need to be reprogrammed.
New Dual Air Controller, New Cabling Harness, New Temp sensor, Reprogram the BCM. And All your going to get is the out side air temp and a *** that can be adjusted by the passager!
If your interested I have a Dual Air Controller for sale! $849.00 replacement cost! It's yours for $500.00.
