Reason: update
I'd recommend a Chassis Brace, like the one andy at a&a sells, to go along with the z06 shocks and swaybars. Also, you might look at getting all new suspension bushings from a forum vendor.
What are you wanting to do? Feel better on the road? Get involved in autocross or track days? Drag racing? Different answers based on what you want to do.
ZO6 suspension consists of different (stiffer) front and rear leaf springs, different sway bars front and rear, and different shocks front and rear.
For the sway bars, unless you have updated your endlinks, you currently likely have plastic endlinks - you will need to order metal endlinks if your Z06 swaybars don't already have/come w/ them.
Also, you might want to order the poly sway bar bushings from Ecklers for the Front sway bars to eliminate squeaks associated w/ the front rubber sway bar bushings.
As for shocks, you want the the shocks from a 2004 ZO6 since those are the "desired" ZO6 shock upgrade -
I think that's about it - I'm hoping to install all the above this weekend on my '01.

Unless you already have the 6 spd tranny, the Z06 (and all 6spds) come with a 3.42 differential gear and you'll need to consider that change as well. HTH
