The only difference in the brakes is the color of the calipers. The springs and swaybars are stiffer and would make a nice little upgrade to your FRC. I believe FRC's all came with Z51 suspension so if you are deciding to upgrade to all Z06 components i'd be interested in your springs and swaybars if the price is right.
The Z06 had #243 casting heads, a bigger cam, and a better intake. The LS6 block was SLIGHTLY different but not really enough to warrant a swap unless you were doing an engine swap anyway.
