A/C Leaking - Problem Back Again
In Jan I found water leaking into the passenger side footwell and posted the problem. following advise from BC (great post) I pulled the drain tube and cut the end off, also cleaned the soft rubber tube behind the battery. After a long hot trip from Miami to Orlando the leak is back. Looks like water is collecting in the bottom of the air box;

Check the drain again. If it is dry you may have what I had which is a blockage in the evaporator housing. I forced a tube into the drain and duck taped that into a vacuum cleaner. Switched on, that cleared the blockage.
Good luck and don't let the water get into the BCM or all hell will brake loose on the dash and, on my euro version the only way to turn off the rear fog lights was to disconnect the battery.
