Default Diagnostic help!

Long story short:
I have h/c package and many bolt-ons. Includes 37# injectors,vararam,headers,etc.

On my fourth tuner I finally found someone who could tune it!

It's pulling over 400rwhp.

But every third or fourth pull (or wide open throttle on the road) it "flutters" at the higher rpm's. Hard to describe. It just loses a bit of power on&off.

It's not throwing any codes and shows nothing on the diagnostic computer.

HELP! I finally got everything else dialed in.

Thanks.
How would I confirm a valve float problem?

Also, Last summer I had the wet computer symptom from the AC condensation overflow. Could a faulty PCM be responsible for this intermittent problem with no codes thrown?

Keep replying! I need to figure this out!

I would monitor fuel pressure, put a gauge on the rail.
FI pulse width (scope). Ignition (scope) If they are stable then you are left with valve float .
