Recently, noticed that am leaking water on both sides (drivers side more so than passenger), approx. at the door grab handles and onto the seat. Looked at weather stripping and everything looks OK. Can I adjust the side windows(?) and if so, how do I do it? Or, should I be looking elsewhere?? Appreciate the help and thanks.

i think there are some tightening screws especially for when there is rattleing for the top. i have an air leak in my window at like about 120mph. dealer said there is an adjustment at the window for that and to bring it in. it could also be that adjustment got lose on yours. i'm only assuming that it's in the inside of the door panel
I am convinced that any time a top comes off, there is a leak associated with it. I had a Camaro 2-28 ('94) and now my '97 C5 sometimes leaks in exactly the same spot, where the top and the windshild come together. One drop at a time, right? I had my Vette in two or three times to repair it, but it continued to leak one drop at a time. Now I hardly have my car out in the rain, but I did fix thre problem myself by slightly moving the top around with the latch not clamped, of course, and then holding the top down with as much pressure as I could muster, and latching the top shut. It doesn't leak anymore. I don't think the side window pressure is the problem.
After having the top repainted I had the same leaks maybe worse.
I had the dealer install new weatherstripping,(they should have done this originally but didn't) and it's dry as a bone. I would try the dealer since this doesn't involve leaving the car or them driving it.
Mine leaked in the same place, it took several trips to the dealer to get it right. The front end of the large seal on the top of the side window fits into the end of the large seal on the side of the windshield. Before the fix the seals were jammed together and attempts at moving the window in and out didn't fix the leak. The mechanic used a trouble shooting procedure for the top and after 2 days solved the problem, no leaks now.
