Thanks to the forum, had all 4 TPS's out and batteries changed in about an hour.

I used this thread:

Here's the final product and supplies I used:

Thanks again! Looking to get the new tires on next week!

Man, all of them in an hour is quite an achievement.. what battery # did you use and where did you get them?

If you look down the orig thread, there are about 3 battery options - I ended up ordering from mouser electronic because none of the others had any in stock - but the mousers' batts have the upper solder tab in the wrong spot - no big deal, just have to run a jumper, but heck if you could order the exact duplicate then might as well.

Yeah once the tire shop gave me the wheels back, and I had all the home depot parts plus extra dremel brush, it didn't take long at all. I used the shop vac to capture all the dust but I'll have to say that dremel method is very quick. Pop out old batts, clean up area, solder in new ones, and you are ready to epoxy all 4 in about 45 minutes - epoxy part is maybe 5 minutes! Helps to do all 4 at once - heck I should do these and charge folks $50 each....

Now on to the PIAA and VETTEHID install for the rest of the week...wife is going to her in-laws with the kids for two weeks, so.....let the MODS begin!!

(and a couple redfish trips...I'll post on the fishing forum)

I was gonna try a dremel brush but with my luck I'd screw up the circuit board.
