3rd Brake light

3rd Brake light
Before I start yanking the rear end apart to figure it out, does anyone know the easiest way to remove the 3rd brake light to replace it?

Thanks guys.....what a PITA that was!!
My forearms are scratched all to hell and took 45 freaking minutes to do. Could they have made those two damn screws any harder to get to, oh and for anyone else planning on doing the same the 2 bolts holding it in place are 7mm.
