Help Again Please!!
I Have A 2001 C5 And The Alternator Belt (i Isolated The Culprit) Is Squeeking Like Hell. I Changed The Belt And I Put In A Brand New Harmonic Balancer (which Seems To Wobble Just As Much As The Old One Did) And It Still Squeeks!! Can Anyone Please Help Me??

I would make sure the belt feels like it tensioned correctly. If it feels loose you may have the wrong part number belt or a failing tensioner..

Another spot to check is the idler pulley. I had a squeak so I replaced both belts, but squeak came back a short time later. After checking around I found a TSB that said to replace the idler pulley when a belt squeak is reported...I did, and the squeak has been gone for months!

BUT there are 2 possible idlers and 2 possible tensioners so diagnose it right. I have ALMOST never seen belts make noise!
