ls2 90mm throttle body

will the 90mm throttle body from the new ls2/c6 corvettes fit my 98 vette? Are there any necessary modifications or is it a direct replacement?

LS2 has 4 bolts in a rectangular pattern. The LS1/LS6 has a three bolt mounting configuration. Won't work as is.

Also, the throttle body is 90mm, the LS1/LS6 manifold only has a 75mm opening. The electrical connector is different, and there is no coolant connectors. They will fit to a FAST 90mm and you can buy an adapter harness to connect it.

i don't think the minimal gains are worth the trouble of trying to get this thing to fit.

unless you are planning or have a h/c setup, then you should at least look at an ls6 intake w/ a ported stock throttle body
