How do I remove my PCM?
I'm about to finish my winter modfest, and I need to send my PCM out for a base tune before I take it to Katech for dyno tuning. Where is it on these cars!? Also, after its out, whats the best way to safely package it?

The PCM is the little aluminum box with the white sticker you see in the photo right behind the right front wheel. To remove it you remove the right front wheel and remove the plastic access panel inside the rear of the fender well. Then there is two screws holding the black plastic bracket at the bottom of the PCM, it will take a 7mm socket. You may have to remove the TAC which is the little black box mounted in front of the PCM. Once you get the bracket removed the PCM will slide out towards you as looking at the photo. Sometimes they are stuck and you will need to pry it out with a screw driver to get them to move. Once you get it out there is two plugs on the bottom with a screw holding plugs and wiring in the PCM.
They are pretty tough boxes so shipping shouldn't be a problem. Just pad it some and it should be OK.
