Trans Cooler question??

Trans Cooler question??
i am thinking of adding a stall around a 3000 to 3500 to my stock A4 car.i have heard that if i put a stall in my car that i will need to put in a trans cooler.is this so and if it is how much do they cost and also how difficult are they to install.

may be $50 for a big one (the bigger the better)
Check out a trans shop or uhaul for a install if you don't do your own work

Tranny cooler
Check out Summit Racing for the B&M 24,000. It comes with all the hardware including the fittings to tie into the C5 line at the radiator. Use the top line to cut into. Put one on mine with a Yank 3500. There are threads and pics here on the forum.
