any one try this??
I was wondering if anyone ever tried removing and installing a set of C-5 mufflers by rolling the car to the end of the lift and removing the ramps in order to remove and install the mufflers?? if so did you still have to jack the car up 30" in order to clear the lift?? thanks, wcj

Jeff, I did mine on a 2 post lift. But I can't imagine why one couldn't do it just as easily on a 4 poster. I dont' believe the ramps will be a factor. Nor should you have to jack the car. Some have even done it on a loading dock.
