my 02 MN6 coupe is leaking coolant. Best I can tell it's coming from the water pump so I'm thinking that I need a new one. Any tricks, tips, or warnings? What else do I need to buy other than the pump?
Okay, question 2. Where is a good place to buy one. Don't even get me started on European dealer prices if I can even get the english/german translation right. I e-mailed 1 of the forum vendors and they don't ship to APOs. NAPA has them, but I'm not 100% sure about who manufactures the ones from NAPA. Anyone know?
I would stay with the AC Delco brand, or get one from a GM dealer. You might want to change hoses while you have the water pump off.
You might check a site like GMPartsDirect.com to see if they will ship to your location. Their parts are priced below what they would cost at a dealer, but their shipping can sometimes be expensive.
I helped a forum member out who was stationed in Germany a while back. He needed a TAC module. I checked around and Ficthners Chevy mail order was willing and able to ship to an APO address!
I bet Fred Bean will also. They both give a very good discount!!

That sounds like a good plan.
You know, this may be a good time to consider an electric pump
