IMHO,, Blue Point, Snap On, they suck big time..

I have a Lincoln .. cant remmeber the size, but its the smaller one. Works killer ......I thinks its the 225,,,,,,not sure without looking....

Neverhad an issue with it and its 4 years old, about 1100 bucks now..

Tried other guys and like the way this one worked the best...I am sure there are othere that are ok,,,like miller and such

Have a Thermo Dynamics unit as well. Cuts like a hot knife through butter and very controlable. Like welding, it takes a lot of use to get really good but a novice can use it reasonably well.

I've always been partial to the Miller products. We have used them for over 10 years and had nothing but great success with them. Sending PM...

I would look at Hypertherm and Thermal D. I have been selling welding supplies for 14 years and these are the 2 companies who perfected the process years ago. Most other companies like Miller and Lincoln keep changing their suppliers for parts and when a machine gets 5 years or older it is sometimes hard to get parts. Just my .02.

Done deal! Picked up a nice Thaermal Dynamics last week and haven't put it down yet . Hot knife thru butter is the best explanation.
