Default Intake Manifold (Plenum) Cover Install

I'm trying to find which is the correct way to install an intake manifold cover, (1 piece carbon fiber cover). My question is whether the cover should go under the 4 fuel rail mounting feet or on top of the 4 fuel rail mounting feet. See the attached picture to see what I mean by "fuel rail mounting feet". The orange pointer is pointing at one of the feet. It’s the tab with the bolt and nut on top of it.

I had this cover in place previously but had to take it off for some work I was doing on the car. It used to be mounted on top of the feet, but was quite a bit of work to get it in place. When I had tried it under the fuel rail mounting feet I wasn't able to get the injectors to seat.

Does anyone know the correct way of mounting this type of cover or at least how you mounted yours?

The paperwork that came with my carbon cover said under. I installed mine and the injectors feel like they did not seal like you said, but they are working fine with no leaks and they cannot come out when they are bolted down.

My cover did not come with any directions, figures. When I tried putting the cover under the little feet I wasn't able to get both sides of the injectors into the holes. I'd get one side pushed in and then go to push in the other side which would cause the first side to pop back out. I may give it another try to see if they can be put in far enough on both sides to stay. That certainly seems like the correct way to do it.

I had to lean over the car and get them all to seat at the same time. They would pop out if I tried one side at a time.
