getting the most Hp
i have a 2000 c5, i was wondering what is the best way to get the most horse power from those performance chips. which one do you recomend and what other parts are helpfull.

C5's do not have chips. You get more horsepower by adding mods to it like headers, throttle bodies, superchargers etc. There are several ways to tune a C5.......you can buy a handheld unit like a Predator but they are very limited as to what they can do. There is also LS1 edit and others. Without adding any mods, you may just want to save your money until you do add like headers and then pay to get a good tune and dyno run to see where your power is. Do a lot of reading on the tech forum and you will read what owners are doing and where they are going to get this done.

2. exhaust
3. x-pipe
4. headers
5. tune-this is the point where a tune would maximize your mods.
these i consider to be the basic mods and of course there are throttle body, ls6 intake, ect from there.
