Well, I have tried every suggestion given to me on this post (and I thank all of you for your help 
) but the Memory is still wacky. I have retrained the fobs and tried every other suggestion except disconnecting the battery. The reason I have not tried that is because the battery was out recently, because I replaced it, and the memory was not working properly after I installed the new battery.
I don't know what else to do

I set my memory 3 to all the way back just like the easy out, for when the car is running and you need to get out for a minute, then hit memory 1 when you get back in....makes it easy to get in and out.

Seat memory
I have a 1999 vert and also have the problem with my seat memory not working correctly most of the time. Sometimes it goes right to my settings and then other times I have no idea what it is doing, and then other times it won't work at all. If it work sometimes I would not think it could be a flash problem. If so how much did the dealer charge? Sometimes pressing the memory set button works sometimes not.
