I have a 2000. Also have old style CCW 505's. What is the procedure for installing the sensors? I'm told cut off the sensor stem, epoxy sensor to wheel close to wheel valve stem, use large band clamp to hold sensor in place in addition to epoxy. Sound correct? Any other suggestions? Thanks
I have CCW 505's and the sensors just install in place just like the old rims. I dont see a need to mount them using the band clamp method! Unless you have some kind of weird CCW wheels, you should be fine!
