Default Need help with location of EBCM

I'm trying to buy this part from Gene, but I'm having trouble locating it on my car. Gene asked me to look on the top of the unit and give him the model numbers off of it - Does someone have these? It seems odd that Gene can't even match it with the parts books. Is there something I'm missing here?

Some help I got elsewhere said this:

Under the hood, in front of the power steering on the left side. If you look down you will see it mounted on the frame. I don't know of any other numbers, but the ones from GM. I hope this helped, if not you can e-mail me again.
Now the part on my car mounted underneath the power steering doesn't look exactly like this picture (from an eBay auction of the correct part number 12216561):

What I see seems to have four brake lines coming out of it, each labelled RR, RF and LR, LF (each of the tires). Am I not seeing something? The part number I think I need is 12216561.

Also where is the EBTCM and what is the difference?

Please help Gene and I find this!!! Thanks!
