Rapid Flashing Turn Signal
Check this out before you start tearing things apart.
Son-in-law's 2000 coupe driver's side turn signals would rapid flash for about 1-2 minutes then rear lights would go out while front light remained flashing. Replaced rear bulbs, no lights. Waited 10-15 minutes, tried again and everything flashed but again, after a minute or so, rear lights would go out. Checked the front bulb, which was still flashing. The base on the bulb itself was loose, apparently creating short/additional resistance. Replaced front bulb and everything normal again. This was a first for me. Usually it's the bulb that won't flash that is bad.
