Air Condition Problems on '20 Z06
Ok.. I'm a little frustrated. My 02 Z06 has 21,000 miles on it. Now that its starting to get warm I decide to turn on the A/C. Last week while driving the A/C just decided to turn off (meaning the light on the A/C controller went off and cold air stopped coming out). After trying to turn it back on it would immediately turn back off. SO, I decide to check the refridgerant level / pressure. It was slightly low so I decided to add a little. It worked fine for a little while today. But after stopping for a short period of time, I started my car back up and heard this loud shuttering coming from under the hood. I look down and I see my A/C is on (which it wasnt when I parked there 20 minutes prior). When I give the car a little gas I heard the shuttering get really loud, then I heard was sounded like a plastic door shut. Then the noise went away. But at the same time, the light on my dash went out again on the A/C switch. Now the damn thing wont come on at all!!! 
Anyone have any ideas what I have gotten myself into? Is this going to make me mad enough to sell it?

PS, the car drives fine now and had not issues (other than not having A/C now).
