Z06 Wheel Alignment

These are the official Z-06 4 wheel alignment specifications for the Z-06. There were sent to me from Sonny Kilgo at Bowling Green, and confirmed by Mike Neal, a ride and handling engineer on the Z-06. I hope this solves any problems that my arise. The alignment numbers are different than the coupe/convertible.
This is specific to the FE4 suspension.
All numbers are in degrees.

Front ind. caster-as shipped- +6.7 +/- .5
-curb- +6.9 +/- .5
-design +7.3 +/- .5
Front cross caster-as shipped- within +/- .25
- curb- within +/- .25
Front ind. camber-as shipped- -.70 +/- .5
- curb- -.70 +/- .5
-design- -.75 +/- .5
Front cross camber-as shipped-within +/- .25
-curb- within +/- .25
Rear ind. camber- as shipped- -.64 +/- .5
-curb- -.68 +/- .5
- design- -.75 +/- .5
Rear cross camber- as shipped- within +/- .5
- curb- within +/- .5
-design- within +/- .5

I'm looking too and can't find any. Can you call Chevy in the morning and get them?

EuG, the numbers CP listed are very close to GM document # 776629 which lists the alignment specs for all C5 suspensions. The documents numbers are very slightly more aggressive, but are within the parameters an alignment tech will actually set on the car. He never listed any toe, so here is what the document has: Front total toe +0.08 +/-0.2, Rear total toe -0.20 +/-0.20 all in degrees.

A question I have is why you want Z06 specs? In your signature, you post your stats for the strip so I assume you're a drag race fan. I think you would be better advised to set your tires up straight with the strip for better traction, less irregular tire wear, and less rolling resistance if you want to do all you can to cut down the et's.

Just my $0.02 worth.

CP, Thanks a lot!!! :D
Just to clarify I have Z51 suspension and 18x9.5 front, 18x10.5 rear rims with BFG G-Force KD 265/35/18 front, 295/35/18 rear tires and Blistien shocks.
So it’s pretty much a Z06setup (99% of it anyway), that’s why I want Z06 aligment…

alanh, my posts might’ve been confusing, but I’m actually a huge handling fan. I always wanted a road race setup. I very much enjoy taking corners and on ramps at insane speeds.

I go to the drag strip just to get a measurement of my street straight line performance (how bad I’ll be kicking peoples a s s on the street ;) ) It’s also a good practice and it’s a lot of fun :D, but I don’t really care about racing other cars at the strip (C5 is the last car I’d chose just for that)

Thanks again, guys!!! :seeya
