Seat movement on the rails?
Thanks.

-disconnect power seat connector .
- remove seat from vehicle .
-on a clean surface , turn seat upside down .
- towards the front of the seat tracks , you should have 2 gear reducers , to which a spring rod with square ends is attached .
- it does not matter which side you pick , but remove the 2 small torx screws that hold it in place ( there is a plastic spacer between the reducer and the seat frame ). then remove the reducer from the screw drive only , leave the side connected to the motor alone.
- get a square bit the same size of the spring connector , insert into the screw drive end and turn in any direction to see the track travel about half to 3/4 of an inch .(an original marking would help you measure your exact travel )
-this will make your tracks uneven by about 3/4 of an inch .
- put the spring rod / reducer back in place , then re-install the 2 torx screws .
- take the seat back to the car , connect electrical connector , then slide tracks over the screws in the floor .
- it will be a tight fit now because the tracks are now uneven , but they will go in .
- tighten the bolts , and you are done !
Half hour, including getting another beer
