Interior lights to not turn on ...

Interior lights to not turn on ...
When I open the door or hatch the interior floor lights and dome lights do not come on. When I turn the interior dimmer **** all the way until it clicks and the interior lights and the map lights do not turn on. I can turn the map lights on and off with the on/off switch on the mirror. The rest of the interior lights (dash and door) are fine.
I checked the rest of the lights and they work fine. Any ideas on what I what the problem is or whatelse I can check?

I replaced the 4 corner bulbs with blue LED bulbs 2 weeks ago. I double checked the bulbs lastnight and they all look good.
I noticed this morning the Window Valet doesn't work either. I have it set to unlock the doors when the e-brake is pulled up or car put in Park. It does neither right now.
I am going to check the fuse again after work.
