1998, ICP message "SERV TIRE MON SYS"

1998, ICP message "SERV TIRE MON SYS"
Rear tires replaced recently and getting "SRV TIRE MON SYS" message at
start. No tire pressure indication for any of the tires. If a broken sensor/s shouldn't the fronts show pressure. If the wheels were re-install on the wrong side would this cause the message? Do I need to run the re-learn ?
Any words of wisdom are appreciated.

It has happened to me also, but should NOT, if they do it right; I think the wheels should not be switched. My last tire swap, things continued to work fine!
