Lights in Rearview Mirror
I hooked my Escort Radar Detector up to the power source in the rear view mirror and now the lights and electro dimming feature no longer work. I took the Escort power cord off and still no lights. Checked the fuses and none are blown. Anyone got any helpful advice ??

looks like you f'ed something up.
sounds like you have a bad connection somewhere, if it worked before you wired the escort in to it.
check the connector that plugs into the mirror, make sure the pins in the connector are pluged all the way in.
if you have a voltmeter or test light, check for voltage on the connector.
