My 04 Z starting today will not stop throwing this code. I cleared it 4 time and keeps coming back. I have a vararam but it been in for a few months and never any codes. My guess would be the vararam, any ideas?

yup... i got the same problem, in my 02 Z... it is because 02+ C5's have screenless MAF... and it sets off this code at low throttle..i have the halltech stinger intake
to cure the problem, is either:
1) get a MAF with a screen... 01Z or C6 MAF
2) get a PCM tune
3) check for leaks in your system.

well, on my z06, it flips both banks.. P0171 and P0174... its the screenless MAF the problem...
