Well last night after doing some runs with a friends zo6 last night, I blew the motor on my final pull on spray. Thought it was a head gasket but pulled the heads and there is a nice size hole in the top of #2 piston. So now it is time for an upgrade. Question is what should I upgrade on the new short block. I am goin to go with a 408 iron block from texas speed. I plan on upgrading my timing chain to a roller, bigger injectors, what else should I upgrade. Should i get the fast intake and throttle body now. I plan on using my cam and heads on the car now.
What is a ls6 short block worth minus the pan, covers, accessories and a hole in #2 piston.

Why not through a blower or TT on it while you are at it and turn up the wick even higher, I love my blower setup and it is always to go at the press of the go pedal
