should i reset historical codes ?
Another member explained how to read codes on the dic i , pulled like 30 all had " h " at the end .. nothing current should i reset them all?

that's very common. Just reset the codes and don't worry about anything unless it has a "C" next to it-that's a Current code and you would not be able to reset it untill the underlying problem is corrected

No I would not erase them, let them age out on their own for when you clear codes you also erase all internal EPA smog tests back to a failed state and PCM has to spend XX amount of drive cycles to get them back to a passed state again and if the engine or the sensors are off a bit those tests could take even longer to get done.
Codes will auto delete over a short time if the errors do not occur while the H codes are in temp storage
