Does anyone have any experience with these tires? My traction control/active handling is on 24-7 with these damn things. When I switch it all off, the car just won't hook up...one of these days I'm gonna get smoked by a corolla...

They are pretty good tires and are especially good in the wet. They have great bang for the buck.

You might want to check in the Z06 section. They're kinda' popular with that crowd.

I am running the Wide Ovals both on the street and on the track. On the track, I was getting a lot of hopping until we started playing with tire pressure. Last weekend, I dropped the pressure to 28 lbs on both sides and hit a 1.737 60' time (needless to say, I was since my 60' times are normally around 2.2). That was with Comp mode turned on. I drive around the water box and back in to wet the rears and then nail it in 1st to spin the tires (basically, cleaning them). On the street, I always have TC/AH on and I don't nail the throttle off the light, but the Wide Ovals stick much better than the Supercar F-1's on dry pavement or on wet. I am very happy with them!

We've got a set on one of our 93 Trans Am's and love them. Car hooks great in the dry and pretty dang well in the wet, and this car is making 345/360 to the ground.
