Default Jet Hot LT install

Sorry there might be a thread on this already but I couldnt' find it...

I'm gonna buy some Jet Hot LT's with H-pipe this week... I'm considering highflow cats but not sure yet.. couple of questions...

In addition to what Jet hot will be giving me what else do I need? Sims? extended O2s? If i get high flow cats who sells the best and how much can i expect to pay... are cats really that neccessary... I live in a state that does have emission laws (nebraska). However I may at a later date move to a state that does require emissions... Also EGR and AIR... are these helping me or hurting me? Should I just block them off and remove the weight? any other advice would be great..

1998 Coupe. Corsa exhaust, LS6 intake, Twin cone ebay CAI, 112k miles, M6, rest is stock.

Default Headers

I was one of the first to get Jet Hot's headers over a year ago. At that time I got a 3"SS Works RT hi-flo and X pipe complete from Corvette Garage for $568 to my door. I would recommend if you are going to do horse power mods in the future to go with the 3" system. Random Technology makes the cats that SS Works uses. Also I would not spend money on an H system. Get a X pipe system.

I did Jet hots over a year ago as well and for the price, they aren't bad.
Just make sure you get the 02 sensors in the front all the way in before you tighten the header bolts to the head.

My sewtup below wthe jet hots

I was looking into jet hot LT headers about 4 months ago. They were discontinued for my year. As an alternative, they offered me a set Kooks which could then have the jet hot coating applied. I would be interested if they now have continued there line for vettes again. To late for me as I have LG Streets on.
