I am isntalling a LS2 402 into my 01 Vette. All Forged bottom, AFR 225's, 580/590 Lift Cam, 11.2:1 Compression, FAST 78mm Intake with Ported TB, Long Tubes, no cats, Corsa's, ect ect ect, I have a NX Wet system installed on the car so I might still use it, What Brand and Size would be recommended? I dont want any cheap crap injectors. The injectors that are on the car now have the LS6 factory injector number on the side. When I bought the car the owner said it had "larger intense pulse fuel injectors" on it???? I was able to put down 538 RWHP with NOS and 498 RWHP N/A with those injectors.
From: Murrieta Ca..... America, fun while it lasted

You have 28.8 lb. inj. now, I use 38lb. on my 408 and then call Dave @ http://www.nitrousoutlet.com/ for a plug and play separate fuel system for the bottle. He has a awesome kit.

"intense pulse" comment!!
I've not seen that type of injector, in the many 100's I've flow tested...
28.8's and 498 RWHP,[approx 550FWHP]?? What kind of duty cycle did you see?
Was the dyno equipped with a WB? If so, what was the A/F during that pull?
Why only 40HP difference in NOS, vs NA??
BSFC x HP / # of Injectors = Lbs/hr rating of injector @ 100%
BSFC - Brake Specific Fuel Consuption; it is a measure of how 'efficient' the engine is at converting fuel to HP; the lower the number, the more 'efficient' the engine is; I use .45 for the LSx engines
HP - use crank HP (estimate if not exactly known)
So, assume 500HP at the crank (or 425RWHP assuming ~15% drivetrain loss):
.45 x 500 / 8 = 28.125 lbs/hr
Remember, this is 100% duty cycle, and you want some margin of safety. So, shoot for 85% max duty cycle. Therefore, divide by .85

50 shot NOS
Im thinking of going with 42's. Now the only decision is what brand
