Headers and Exhaust
Comments on the the best cat-back system and/or the best headers and exhaust system for a stock 04 LS1. I've been hearing good things about Bassani. Definately don't want that "idle burble" though.

LG Motorsports Long Tube Street Series headers with hi-flo cats and x-pipe coupled to a Z06 titanium catbck should run you total around $1500-$1600 (not including shipping and/or installation). This is a remarkable system for a stock LS1 and very easy to bolt-on. 
Add a new intake/breather (i.e., Halltech Stinger, Blackwing, VaraRam, others) and you'll be amazed at the increase in performance without ever cracking into the block!

I then added a 111 LSA cam and the idle is wicked... LT's will increse the exhaust flow alot thru the stock mufflers and change the tone also.
