installing ASP underdrive
my local dealer agreed to install an aftermarket balancer for me for $150 if I supply parts.
do I need to replace both belts?

The 775 Gates is definately a good PN for the main belt. The AC belt is the same stock size.
Depending on their normal labor rate, I'd get that $150 on paper because it will take a good amount of time to do it since the entire steering rack has to come out. Shops around here charge close to $100/hr and this can be every bit of a 2hr job if not more.
