radio lights and HVAC lights flickering

radio lights and HVAC lights flickering
not very noticable but they are flickering. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? It doesnt seem like the cluster lights are flickering at all.

My DIC blinks off when I hit a bump. I suspect it's the poor grounding situation that plague Vettes, but I'm not in the mood to pull the dash to find it until it quits totally.

Flickering Radio & HVAC
I think I found my problem. As it turns out I went to Costco to purchase a Red Top this evening and they were out of stock. I went back to the car only to find that my battery was dead. I opened the hood, checked the battery cables and much to my surprise the positive cable was loose.
I tighten the cables and all seems to be OK. I checked the battery voltage on the DIC and it was reading a steady 13.8 volts compared to a fluctuation 12.5 V – 13 V earlier today. I can’t wait to drive to work tomorrow!!
