Adjustable Endlinks.............install with weight off wheels or on????????????
I just wrapped up my poly bushing kit, what a job? Anyway what I need to know is: should I adjust the links to the swaybars with the weight off the suspension or with all the travel taken up (weight on wheels). I can run the adjustable endlinks almost to 6" but the stock ones were about 4 1/2". I have a T1 bar that replaced the stock F45 bar. The T1 is twice as big (1.5")as the stock F45 bar (.75"). What is the verdict on length and install.
Thanks   :chevy

I had Hotchkis sway bars (front & back) installed on my 1999 Coupe F45 with upgraded metal endlinks.
If you search the forum you will see several threads with repeated instructions to make sure that the car has weight on it BEFORE adjusting the endlinks.
I believe if you do the adjustment without the weight on the wheels/tires there will be a rattling noise when driving.
