I need a new clutch for my 02 coupe. I would like to find something that wont break the bank, because the tranny needs to be rebuilt as well, but able to handle some spirited driving and a few passes down the track. Thanks for any help.
Thanks for the responses, I'll chech into RPS, so far it looks like a SPEC 4+ maybe, not sure, it seems like all I read about are bad experiences on these boards.
I like my RPS Clutch its about $875 clutch pressure plate & flywheel
I have the RPS complete setup in my car and have 3500 miles on the setup and 5 1/4 passes and lots of power runs during cruises in the Texas hill country where there is a good load on my clutch. The clutch was stiff for the first 4 or 5 heat cycles and now just a little stiffer than a stocker
I also have the RPS clutch. It graps like a ****, but for some reason I have a fair amount of jitter when starting out slowly from a dead stop. Stop and go traffic can be a bit challenging.
