who puts out the best super charger? what does it do to a stock tranny. and where can i get one for my 99 vette
If you're seriously thinking about this, it might be a good idea to hang out on FI/Nitrous for a while. You'll learn everything you need to know from people who have done it already.

ATI kits are ranked about 4th, and farther down if you include turbochargers.

Check sig, I am very happy with my setup but considering the prices on some Turbo kits, I would advise you to go Turbo (no belt issues, no tensionner issue, more power and so on)
Check FFHP new turbo kit! Do it right the first time (I will be selling my A&A P1SC kit and go Turbo!)
Good luck

You are the way to go! Your kit rocks!! If anyone is looking for a SC, ECS is THE place!
I am sad that you can't build my future motor if you don't install it!(I am from France), but I understand your position!
I wish you all the best!

I think you misunderstood a couple of the posts. ATI and Paxton are suppliers. A&A and ECS use these types and do there own kits with much improved reliability and performance. A&A and ECS sell ATI and Paxton in their kits.

ECS and A&A no longer use ATI head units. ECS uses Paxton and A&A uses Vortech.
The ESC Paxton rocks...it is capable of making way more power that the stock bottom can handle Just check out my results...
I really like my A&A DS1C kit, now Andy uses Vortech head units, ECS used to use the DS1C head units and now uses the Paxton. If you are going to go new the new kits from A&A or ECS are great kits and work super and there support is top notch. Lately the rage is going the turbo route, but I love my Supercharger and it makes Sick HP especially for the 98% of the time I drive my car on the street.
If you can find a used A&A/ECS DS1C setup I say go for it. I picked mine up for 60% of the cost of the new kit. I know the new kits will put down bigger numbers, but what I got was well worth it in my current setup

I stuffed a Vortech centrifugal with intercooler and bigger injectors and reprogram in me 2000 C5.
501 hp at rear wheels.
like night and day. Had a lot of little break in problems and leaks but I think all fixed now. I think I screwed up the traction control system though. ALWAYS turn off before hammering it.
