How long to install x pipe & cat back?

No idea about the cold air kit.
good luck
My shop took exactly 35 minutes to drop my stock exhaust and mount/align a set of ZO6 Ti's. I was sitting in the bay watching them. Trick is to unbolt the passenger side swaybar endlink and move it slightly out of the way. Old exhaust drops right out with no cutting and new one slides right in. Expect maybe another 15 minutes as the Bassani is a non-OEM part and may take some more tweeking to line up straight.
As for the x-pipe, you need a sawz-all to cut the existing pipe and then weld the new x-pipe in it's place. Dropping the pipe, marking the cuts, removing the unwanted "h-portion," welding in the new x-pipe and remounting should take no more than an hour for an experienced tech with a lift and power tools. Should take even less time if you're not welding and just using clamps. Hell, you might be able to support the front portions on those tall shop-type jack stands and not even need to completely drop the pipe, although I would recommend the full drop method.
Hope this helps....
