front spoiler/valances
Before I bought my 98 the owner told me that he had had cosmetic front end damage and that he had someone do the body work. My question to the forum is can anyone tell me exactly how the front bolted on frame that supports the radiator is suposed to mount through the lower spoiler or am I supposed to cut slits. Any help would be greatly appreciated:crazy

If your front bumper cover is not cut for the skid bar it should be. Check out another C5 to see how they look and cut yours the same...
Sounds like who ever did the previous repair must have glassed the slits closed.
