I assume you are talking about oil pressure the oil sensor behind the intake manifold went out. About 30-50.00 for part from dealer.
If you are handy with tools it takes less then a hour to fix. Remove intake put new sensor in replace intake and you are fixed.

Thats exactly what it is. Very common problem with the C5. The Dealership will charge around $300.00

I'd recommend getting the replacement sender from Fred Beans (see their ad on the side ) They have the best prices for this stuff compared to the usual dealer prices.
