Head Light malfuntion
My head lights are deciding not to work some of the time. Sometimes they pop up and are fine and other times they will not light up and not pop up. One time I was a way from home at night and needed them to work so I started manualy raising and lowering them to trying to get them to work and after about a 1/2 hour they finnaly popped up and lit up when I was manually lowering them down. Any suggestions?

Mine did that and turned out it was a bad gear in the right headlight. The left one worked fine. I bought the brass gears and had no problems until about 3 weeks ago when the cover to the gear broke lose allowing the gear to move laterally and the teeth wouldn't line up. Finally got it fixed last night after several attempts to epoxy.
