Hello everyone. Lately my A4 has started to slip (118k and counting) and I'm seriously thinking about swapping it to a MN6. Does anyone have any advice on the install or where I could find the transmission, torque tube, and all the other parts at a reasonable price? A while back I remember hearing about some place that specializes in used C5 MN6 kits but I can't find it using the search to save my life.
It'd be a heck of a lot easier to install a built 4L60-E. The only way to keep the costs down when doing a conversion is to find someone to swap your existing parts with.

I found someone in the forum selling a complete MN6 swap for $2200 but he already parted it out. Does anyone here want a slipping 4L60-E plus cash for your MN6?
If you have a stock vette and are not going to heavily mod the motor a sock drive train will work fine.
If you are willing to take your vette to Indiana, maybe Rodney would hook you up. I saw that he did another one for $2,500 bucks plus the drive train (auto set-up).
