Gears for a C5
Has anyone changed the gears in they're C5? I've been thinking about doing it to get better off the line acceleration, but I'm curious about any experiences you have had. Are the gains in performance worth it? I know I have to find a repretable (sp) shop to do it.

Skeeter, thanks for the info on the offer on South Florida shops that do C5's. Currently I don't have the C5 at UM :(, I'm going to try and get my parents to let me bring it down next semester (I have to prove to them that I'm going to do well here first). When I get the car down here I'll shoot you an email.

Being that you have an M6 means that you are running 3.42s, therfore your only option is to 3.73s. I have a set coming a la GP at $1650 (usually $2200 from Mallet). It's a bit pricing with the install but will no doubt five you the acceleration you desire.
