99 c5 coupe 6 spd. Cruise control suddenly stopped working. I checked the fuse location #20 it's ok. When you try to activate the cruise control nothing happens with no change in the display on the DIC. Any advice would be appreciated
Try lifting the clutch or brake pedal with the back of your foot while setting the CC and see if that works,if it does you have to adjust and clean those switches where the pedals are....................Paul

Same thing happened to me on the way back from Bloomington. I'll try the pedal thing.
When mine quit, it was a broken wire at the steering column switch. Synergy motorsports applied a Tech 2 to the system and there was no power for the circuit. You can check the switch by making measurements at the connector under the dash or at the throttle control module which is on the side of the pcm. You need the manual to do this. One connector will be on/off power and another will be the set switch. Make sure you make the measurement with some load on the circuit (like a test light). A high impedance meter might mislead you. I speak from experience here.

Thanks... I'll let you know when I find the problem.
